Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Vikalps (registered as Tattva Enterprises), we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may cancel an order and request a refund.


1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our support team at support@vikalps.in

  • After Shipment: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may request a return/refund as per our refund policy.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock unavailability or payment verification issues. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.


2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be provided under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Quality Concerns: If you are unsatisfied with the product quality, please contact us with valid reasons for consideration.

  • Unopened & Unused Products: Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused products within 7 days of delivery.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our food products, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery.

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

  • Products damaged due to improper handling by the customer.


4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after verification.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please place a new order after returning the original item (if eligible).
